The shipping fee is determined by your shipping method and region. Shipping methods are usually DHL,EMS,TNT,UPS and Fedex

Our Standard Shipping we normally make use of Netherlands Post and free shipping. Generally speaking customers will receive their parcels within 2 weeks after they placed orders on the website .The standard shipping-Netherlands Post will seize up 7-9 workdays in the 2 weeks long time. Once the parcel has dispatched, Customers will receive an email with Netherlands Post(http://www.postnl.post/) tracking ID from our website system automatically. You can check your parcel status on internet by the tracking ID email that you received in 2 workdays, cos it should be available online by then.
If you ordered many items from our website and then you choose the standard shipping method,if the whole weight of such a big order is more than 2KG, we will split this order in 2 packages with 2 tracking IDs, cos the package is more than 2KG is not allowed by Netherlands Post. We split up the big order into 2 parcels and send them together,the 2 parcels normally will be arrived at customer’s doorway at the same time, if it is not the same time arrived, it should be maximum 1 day difference.On the analogy of this, if an order is really really big, we can split up this order more than 2 parcels and its customer will be received more than 2 tracking ID emails.
If you purchased evening gown from our website, you really need to calculate the time before you choose the standard shipping. Normally,most of dresses we have stock, you can check your favorite dress whether has a stock or not on the web page, when customers place orders we normally send out the order in 1-3 workdays,so plus the 7-9 work days, customers will always received the parcel within 2 weeks. But the time must be carefully calculated before you choose the standard shipping. You can choose the standard shipping( Netherlands Post) if the event date at least is more than 16 days. If your evening party or important banquet is approaching, like 1 week or 2 weeks later, please choose an expedited shipping. If we see you submitted event date is within 2 weeks and you chose the standard shipping method, call you or write you an email to ask you to change expedited shipping immediately. If we didn’t get any response from you within 2 workdays,we refund you immediately. We will not risk our reputation for the whole process,we do our best to keep our customers happy. If any possible complaint happens on this process we will not take any responsibilities on this issue.
