Standard Return & Exchange policy
1.1 Returns to our distribution center must be postmarked no later than 7 days after the order is received.
1.2 Original invoice must accompany returned item(s) in order for refund to be processed.
1.3 Online exchanges are not available at this time.
1.4 Online refunds will be made to the credit card or PayPal account used in the original transaction.
1.5 Returned items must be in their original state and deemed to be unworn to be accepted for a refund. Tags must be attached.
1.6 Customized mascot costumes shall not be accepted to return.
1.7 If you placed an order and you wanna exchange some other items, or any changes or cancellation of the order, please let us know within 24 hours. If you ordered any custom-tailored mascot costumes, you cannot get a full refund after 24 hours.
1.8 For the return, if the parcel was free shipping, we will charge 20% of the order itself due to the stock management cost.

Contact Customer Support to request a return. You must make this request within 7 days after receiving the shipment.
Be sure to specify the reason for the return request in your message and upload pictures and give a detailed description to the complaint.Our customer service representative will response to you within 24 hours.
